So Cliff, just what is a "Reparator" anyway?
That is a term I coined to describe a facility that repairs old technology.
Practically anything that is no longer supported by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). For instance; windows, drones, scientific apparatus, etc. CCR uses 3D printing to produce parts that OEMs will no longer supply. For electronics, this might mean that the electronic components are obsolete. In those cases, I use far east suppliers who are still producing the obsolete parts. That is one of the upsides of economic globalization.
Yes. Some double paned windows are no longer supported by the OEM. If you have one that has moisture visible between the panes, the seal can be repaired to fix that. Drones are a relatively new commercial offering however, they are changing rapidly and some are no longer supported by the OEM. Both of these reparables can often be fixed by a 3D printed part.
Of course. Equipment that has specific regulatory requirements, like; medical devices, aircraft (except drones), transmiting devices.
Our eBay store is up and running. Iit offers a number of new and used products; FPV drones, Palm Pilots, Magic Mirrors, liquid chromatographs. A Magic Mirror is a two-way mirror with a monitor behind it. It displays user-configurable information through the mirror so that you can catch up on your email as you are getting ready for the day. If you are looking for something not listed then email sales@sterlingandzoe.info or if you have a general question you can pose it to info@sterlingandzoe.info for a quick response.
I started the business in late 2019 but was caught in the COVID-19 shutdown here in Pennsylvania. I hope to have the site fully operational before the end of the year. Please stop back often.
